I just went into an MCN store an brought nothing but 1 meter each of HTH and Loop 2000!! (to replace stuffed velcro on one of my nappies)

Unbelievable. It was the first MCN store I have been into in AGES. Mind you, I did spend 45 minutes looking at EVERYTHING there! :rolleyes: Just in case there was something worth getting... seeing as I was paying postage already and all...

I'm such a good girl :D But yeah, no fluffy mail for me! :thumbsdown:

Just had to share... There's something about how when DH goes away for work... I always buy MCN... Not this time!!

Nope! But I do want to move the velcro on the fluffy fuchia one - to make the tabs cross over. Actually, that just means an extra peice of hook, so I'll do this with the hook I just brought actually. Either with all the use it gets the wings have somehow stretched (although I don't see how MM can do this!) or my bub is just getting skinny. It's such a great nappy- must be one of your earliest ones! Still on daily rotation :yes: :thumbsup:

You can just sew a bit of velcro onto the top of the tab, covering the bugs (or was that the other one:detective: ), but should do the job.

Yep, that's what I was thinking. OR- just thinking again now... I could remove the tabs (the butterflies) and just have the velcro on the inside of the fluff before where the tabs were... iykwim...
The tabs have faded so much I can't see the butterflies anymore! (8 months of daily use and hot washes every morning will do that to any nappy!!) That way the nappy would look like all-over fuchia fluff on the front... Ooo yes I like that idea, just as easy to do too. :yes:

I can't be bothered about the HBs either... something just tells me that I'll never be lucky enough to score one (or win the draw)... I have one though, that I got through different means. If I use it sparingly, hopefully lasts Ariene till tt!

:yes: Cooper was in mcn when I was pregnant with Abbey so we have used them for quite a while now.
