Period pain

Just wondering if anyone had period pain when they first fell pregnant. I guess it is more of an ache than a pain - my period isnt due for another week, and I have sore boobs and feel queezy, which is making me think that I am pregnant, but every now and then i get an ache in my lower back and lower stomach which makes me think that AF is on her way.......basically I dont know what to think and I am after some advice and past experience stories. :)

I had period-type pain when the egg was embedding (as it was explained to me). I then had a false negative test and then 2 days after AF was due, had a positive.

For a few days before AF was due, I got AF type pains. it was kind of like a pressure feeling like af was on its way, but the pains were milder than AF IYKWIM. Umm, one thing I dod get was a kind of niggly pain in my cervix as well from about a week b4 af was due. I think the main symptom for me was really painfull BB's not the normal type of premenstrual tenderness, it started as a very localised pain underneath and on the right side of my right BB, very strange almost sickening pain if I pressed. The left bb didnt catch up until I was about 6 weeks

Yup, I gor AF pains for a couple of weeks with DS#1 - nothing with #2 though. I suppose they're all different. Best of luck!!!!

Hi Ali, I had period pain for the first two weeks ie: from 4 weeks, which made me think my period was coming, oh an also back pain. Pregnancy symptons are so similar to AF, its a wonder any of us know we are pregnant, other then that illustrious POAS.

I had period pain when I was first pregnant with Brianna. I thought for sure that my period was coming - but it never did!!
