"trendy" mcns

Hey all,

So I have the stash coming along nicely.....so far I have concentrated on "practical" (swaddlebees, bumgenious, bbb- all in neutral colours) nappies, not "trendy" nappies. :rolleyes:

But I think the time has come for me to get "collecting"

So, what is your fave cool cover/nappy

The only thing I have which is remotely cool is a berry plush- and even that is only in plain blue!

I would love to hear recommendations, and see some pics!

PS, here is my first pic of DS in a MCN- its an itti bitti- isn't he cute!! :D :hugs:

I have no trendy nappies at all - just boring ones.

I guess I don't show them off... I've only started stockpiling from about April/late March... so getting into the cooler months. Doesn't leave much room for showing them off... so I've just gotten her boring plain-coloured ones...lol.

We only have boring nappies too, the brightest is probably the red swaddlebees pocket, we also have 2 fruitsalad nappies with frogs on them :)

DD has the same colored itti bitti as your bub has on in the pic :D she also has a pale blue one, I want more but DH wont let me :(

well i think berry plush are very trendy, esp the prints like our new jaguar one! we have a black baby kanga which is very cool. also the GK funtimes have cool prints.

I have a puppy starbunz for DS it is just gorgeous!! I also bought a fairy wacky wrap for my niece, and one of Bec's blue dalmation pockets. All gorgeous nappys that get worn with babylegs!!

this is when I started too, so yep most go under clothes, however i am so in love with legwarmers that i want some cute ones to go together!

I have a wacky wrap- I'm not in love with it though because it has no front elastic, and DS leaks out... It's very cute/trendy though..

Honeyboys are uber trendy, as are bubblebubs and BP's I think GK's and Peace pockets look noice too.

My trendiest nappy is a babycadabra nappy from a french WAHM. Appliqued with a Dragon, pity it wicks like nobodies business :(

Also a beastley bumz and several knitted soakers and a couple of happy heineys, with strawberry shortcake.

I'm making a brocade PUL cover soon though so that will be a special trendy cover

Oooh mummbear, they sound gorgeous.

I can't wait to one day (hopefully :rolleyes: ) have a girl so I can put cute frilly girly covers on her under dresses- I think they look SO cute!

My special nappies are my bubblebubs. I have one minky and 2 fleece now....yay!

I have also just ordered a wiggles nappy from a wahm on wamnap....oh and a personalised nappy with bubs name on it too! yay! so excited! Cant wait to get them....lovely
