How do you know if the teat is too fast?

I recently changed Josh from the #2 avent teats to the #4 teats and I'm wondering how I know if they are too fast? He only has 10ml of medicine in a bottle 3 times a day at the moment and I don't think the speed really matters for that, but he's going to have 2 full feeds on Sunday when I'm going out and I wonder if they are too fast or not. How do I tell? He's 5 months by the way.

Mim, He will most likely gulp and splutter/choke if its too fast. Katie is on no3 atm but shes always seemed to prefer a slower flow for her age.
