Hi Everyone,
My girlfriend and i are currently just 5 weeks pregnant! I am birth mum, we have done this by home insemination with a known donor. This is our second go, end of 2006 i had a misscarriage at 8 weeks so all very nerve racking at the moment.
Feels like we have been on this road for a long time as we did many tests prior to trying and then, tracked my ovulation in many different ways prior to starting. But we have been fortunate. Last year i fell on the 3rd cycle and this time round 1st attempt! I am 38 so not bad for an old (ish) girl.
Woudl love to chat to any other girls in our situation.
Also happy to share all our experiences on how we got here.
