Where abouts are you living? There are BubHubbers all over the coast, I'm not there right now but I'll be moving back to the Buderim/Chancellor Park area in about a month myself but was on the coast for a number of years up until a year ago.

The Sunny Coast girls are very friendly so don't be shy to chat with them! They have pretty regular meets that I'm sure they'd love for you to go to!

hello and welcome i was actually thinking of trying to organise a meet and since im actually having time to post i should see if i can do it now lol. Would anyone be intested in a meet on the 3rd of july?

On a different note, seth can say dad dad now aswell as muma and buba cant really hear anything else yet but its only a matter of time. Cant believe he is 8and half months already. He loves his walker and once he gets his balance he will walk for sure :D

Anyway let me know who is interested for the 3rd and we can all deside where.

I am new-ish to bubhub (have been slack & haven't really made use of it since signing up a few months back...) I use the internet a lot more regularly now though & so have been checking out bubhub whenever I can... it's such a useful site. ;)

I am 21 years old & 32 weeks pregnant, with my first bub... I live at Alexandra Headland with my partner & have been here since the beginning of the year. Sadly, I've been extremely slack & haven't made friends here. I've been studying externally & haven't had a job since living here... I haven't really had the chance to meet new people. I was doing a lot of trips back to NSW (where my fam & friends mostly are), & was going to Bris a fair bit to stay with my partners parents...

Anyways I'm rambling... I feel somewhat alone, not having other mummies or mums-to-be to talk to about anything relating to pregnancy, & what to expect when my little one arrives, etc...

I am due Aug 21 & found out back at my 18 wk scan that I am having a little girl... :)

I'm just curious, do mother's groups meet up together once they have had their bubs??? Not whilst still pregnant? Lol... I honestly have no idea how it works.

Anyways, I'd love to hear from anyone who lives in the area. That'd be awesome.

She is 3 1/2 months old now.. i live in Maroochydore so if you want to meet up for coffee/ lunch one day i will be happy to. Or, if anything in the Alex/Maroochy/Moolool area is organised & nobody minds me showing up then I'd be really keen to come along... I'm on Alexandra Parade, prob halfway between Maroochy & Mooloolaba.

:p I think it would be useful for me to get in contact with other mums because I feel absolutely clueless about babies- besides one ante-natal class & different readings I've done in books/online, I don't really know a great deal about babies!

I'll keep checking out these forums to see if anything comes up.
