Hello all! You do have a lot of new folk to welcome and I am another. I really look forward to getting to know you all. I am proud mummy to my 16 month old DS. He is napping so well in this heat, so I have a little time to read your posts and get excited about becoming embroiled in all that this forum has to offer! Anyway, I'm pretty new to Melbourne, and love it so far. I am from Adelaide originally and left because of DH's career- not by choice! However, my new city is treating me kindly and life seems very sweet:) .

Thank ye, thank ye! I am living in the inner west of Melb., just near Flemington (thanks for asking stephandprincess). I have enjoyed reading the posts you have all crazily compiled. I absolutely loved the Bold thread. I have missed the show as I was living overseas the past 3 years and where I was 2 years behind, so I have arrived in Australia to see a new Bridget (wtf?), to trouty Taylor (wtf?), IFMOHAStephanie grey haired (wtf?) and so much more:D . Luckily nearly all my questions have been answered by a mammoth reading session during which I completely neglected my little man! Anyhoo, I've also been lurking in the conception thread, as we're currently working on that in my household as well as everything else! So, once again, thanks for the warm welcome and I'll see you round!

Welcome to Melbourne, i am also from Melbourne near where you are. I am a mother of 2.5 month old twin boys.

I know what you mean with this heat today its 41c as i type this.

Hi there, welcome to bubhub, I used to live in Flemington up untill two years ago, very lovely area, I see another B&B fan joining us, that's great. Glad you have found the B& B tread.

Welcome Nut...enjoy the postings!! I have been a member for a little while but have only just started finding the time to add to the discussions.
Its addictive...be careful.....you will start to wish your little one would sleep for just a little longer or go to bed a little earlier..LOL:D
