hi just wondering..

Do you have to live in NSW to apply to do any courses through OTEN?

I'm interested in doing cert III in children's services do i need to have completed anything else before doing this cert, such as children's services - Statement of attainment? OR my senior certificate (yrs 11&12)?

I live in QLD and I am doing this course. OTEN is accessible to anyone in Australia, and even overseas, I think!
