I am officially one of those people I love to avoid on public transport! (or anywhere!).
Since DS has turned 12 months, I chat to him quite a bit about whats going on around us to develop his language skills ... which is fine when I'm actually with DS.
Today DS was at daycare, and I was running for the bus (alone!), and I found myself telling myself that 'we' might miss the bus, then used DS's nickname.
Then it dawned on me - I was talking to myself, out loud, using the word 'we' - in public! :o
Please tell me there are other people out there that forget they're alone and announce their thoughts to the world!! :D
Sorry but had to laugh! I have caught myself doing that.. sometimes DP would catch me and I would ALWAYS deny it  but it is SOOO funny to see when DP does it he says it and uses body language it is SOOO funny!!!
No, can't say i have, but i find that hilarious! So thanks for sharing! LMAO!

I spoke to myself before I had my son....I just dont answer myself cos then I would be some sort of crazy person.... I talk to myself at work ALL the time, just lucky no customers are around that early in the morning.
I am more intent of calling my son by my mums dog's name.....or stumbling to find his name:confused:
Yeah I talk to myself-but not coz I forget DS isnt there-just coz I am crazy:D Like today at the shops, looking for stuff for ds.I was just standing there chatting to myself " why do they have just girls squad bikes?Wheres the boys?Man thats stupid ":ecomcity:
lol i talk to myself all the time with or without DD there! but then again i am slightly strange and crazy
This is SOO hilarious a great way to end this for the night I am about to sign out!!! This is going to put a smile on my face for a long while tonight thanks girls!
That's cute! I sing to myself sometimes, you can get away with it if you're with the little friends but when you're alone you sing alone!!:o

I'm not that bad but sometimes I drop things and say "Whoopsy daisy!" to myself or mutter "Nevermind!"

I even did this at IKEA today but what was more hilarious was that at this point in a very 70's disco song i did the whole bum wiggle thing along with it :o What made it even funnier was to see a gay guy nearby do exactly the same thing & my sister who was ahead of me too !!!!! We all cracked up

OMG. Love it! I am super vigilant about this, because I don't want to end up like those old ladies you see at the supermarket who have full on conversations with packets of cheese. I have a 'thing' about it!

I don't really talk to DD when she isn't there but I DO get mad at myself sometimes if I forget something:o
