This morning I was curled up under the doona on this chilly chilly morning probably snoring my head off. Adam walks into the bedroom and his mobile rings that is in his pocket. It's only 6.04am! He runs out of the room to answer it - of course though it wakes me up! A few minutes later Adam enters the room again and I ask 'who was on the phone'. To which he replies 'Oh that was Peter (his boss) and he was thinking of telling us to have the day off because of the wind'.:D
Now of course my ears ***** up and I start to get my hopes up thinking well I could really do with a hand today with the kids after what they (well mainly Isla) was like yesterday. I look at Adam and he is still getting his gear ready for work so say to him 'please don't tell me that you suggested to still go to work?'. He then replies 'yeah, why?'!!!!!!!:eek:
So, obviously he went to work today - and he still dosn't understand why I was and still am a little frustrated that it was his idea to work today.
