Lactose Intolerance?

I was wondering if anyone elses bub was lactose intolerant? Could you tell me what symptoms he/she had? I am not sure if my DS is lactose intolerant yet as I have to get a poo sample tested. Can anyone help.

My daughter has lactose intolerance, but it started for her when she was older. It seemed to start up about the same time she developed appendicitis.

My DD2 has Lactose Intolerance, she started to get really constipated when i went to formula feeding at 3 months old. I tried about 3 kinds of formula and nothing agreed. So i had the Poo test done and she had a TRACE of lactose Intolerance ( a very small amount). We were put on DE-LACT Formula and it eleviated her poos a bit.
I then saw the peadiatritian (s.p) and i had to give her medicine ( actilax) for the hard poos. It worked well, but since she has been on solids all is good and we are not giving her any medicine anymore.
We do however give her soy or lactose free products, mainly yoghurts. we use the formula for her cereals too.

Emily showed signs very early (5wks old) she had messy poos and was vomiting and crying all the time pulling her legs up.
We changed to Soy formula and she was put on Zantac for reflux. The relief was almost imediate. She has only just grown out of the intolerence now and she is nearly 4. The best formula to use is Karicare Soy. The S26 one only constipates:(
