Hi
What can i use for a winter cold while i'm pregnant - the Doctor said only panadol.
I have eucalyptus oil in a vaporiser at night which cleared the nose (perfect)
I put some lavender oil drops on my pillow to help relax but still had to take panadol when i woke up throughout the night because
I found the colder it got towards the morning the more sore my throat became.
what can i take for the sore throat?
If baby is born while i still have this dreadful cold what should i do?
Is there anything i can buy now for baby - to be better prepared: for stuff nose ?? i dunno, anything?:rolleyes:
