Another with sewing machine trouble?

I am having sewing machine trouble too.

It has only just happened a few days ago,when i sew the bobbin dosnt pick the cotton up therefore its not sewing at all :confused:

I really dont know what it is but suspect it is a fault with the machine.My friend had a look at it and said the needle is hitting on the boobin case not allowing the needle to go down far enough so then it dosnt pick the thread up.

Any ideas much appreciated:thumbsup:.

what kind of machine is it, and what brand of needles are you using?

Its just a cheap one,onix is the brand i am using the needles that came with it.

I'd say it's your machine then.

Your bobbin might be shifting because of fluff build up though, maybe try cleaning the bobbin casing.


Otherwise take it back to where you bought it, and get your money back, or a replacement

If it's hitting the bobbin case that is not good

I lost my reciept and my warranty card,waiting to hear back from the shop,i laybied it so hopefully they still have it on record.

Just called them they are calling me back,they are going to look for my layby.
