Maternity Revolution have had a paid listing on your site for 5 years now and I have seen the site grow from a small Brisbane based concern to a huge national website. Firstly, may I offer my congratulations on such success.
I think it's important to give you feedback on the success of your site from an advertiser's viewpoint.
I have a report from my web designers that I receive daily and it shows me where the visitors to my website have come from. On average I would receive 60 customers a month to my website directly from the Bub Hub listing and this is more than I receive from Yellow Pages online and far cheaper. It is also marginally more that I get from another parenting directory website but again far cheaper. So for value for money it is hard to go past your site for advertising.
I must also compliment you on your follow-up with advertisers. You regularly phone to make sure we are getting the most from our listing and offer advice for improvement, even though I must admit there are many ways in which I could improve the effectiveness of my listing but never seem to get round to it. Imagine how great the customer response would be if I just spent a little more time taking advantage of some of the wonderful opportunities you offer.
Anyway, you can be assured that I will remain a faithful customer and I am very pleased with the results I have had thus far.

I always get frustrated, usually after the fact with pushy sales people or the ones that don't seem to understand your point of view. Bub Hub have been great for us, when we are looking for suggestions, they suggest. When we want to try something out they seem open to a short term trial. They understand when you are busy and don't have time, but do everything to help out so you can still get your advertising in.
All the team are great to work with, but the best thing we find is that we can see real results and the advertising pays for itself. We could not be happier with the crew at Bub Hub and the value and support we receive.

A long time ago, as a single parent of 5 eager faces and a baby in a sling, I valued the forums & information on Bub Hub as a gift of a lifeline enormously. So, when approached to advertise, I didn't need to think twice. What I didn't expect was the results! According to our website stats, traffic driven to our site from Bub Hub far exceeds any other site, directory or non directory, and has done so each and every month since we started, and it's been a long time.
I found Danella and the team absolutely great to work with . Actually come to think of it, they did all the work, I just said yes. Self updating & editing ads (my input usually done at 2am) is just too easy . The whole website is easy to use, even mums afflicted with mumnesia can use it.
