1. Information regarding how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these
terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia who fulfil the entry requirements with a full Australian postal address (not a PO Box number). The directors,
management and employees of the Promoter, their related companies and agencies, the immediate families of the above listed persons, and retailers for
and suppliers to the Promoter, are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries or prize claims at any time and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry
process or submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
4. Promotion commences 9:00am (EST) 1 September 2005 and closes 17:00 EST 28th October 2005. The draw will take place at 10:00am (EST) at
the Bub Hub's Brisbane Office, Ascot, Qld 4007 on 29th October 2005. Winners will be notified by email using contact details provided in their entry.
Winners will be asked to acknowledge receipt of email by return email by 23:59am EST 4 November 2005 - failure to do so will result in a redraw of that prize.
The judges decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. To enter, participants must complete an online entry form and indicate the prizes for which they are entering. All sections of the entry form must be
completed correctly, failure to do so will invalidate the entry.
6. Viewers may only enter the draw once.
7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes and all prizes are subject to availability.
8. Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified in these Conditions of Entry or if permitted by the
Promoter in its discretion.
9. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss),
damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this
promotion or accepting or using a prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by
law).
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
11. Printing errors and other quality control measures will not be used by the Promoter as the sole basis for refusing payment of prizes.
12. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for late, lost or misdirected or illegible entries or claims for prizes.
13. All entries remain the property of the Promoter and will remain confidential.
